Ingredients

  • 2 cups gf rolled oats
  • 1 cup sprouted/soaked walnuts
  • About 2 cups carrot pulp or grated carrots
  • 1-2 cup of carrot juice or water as needed
  • 1 cup or about 7 of soaked dates
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 Tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 Tablespoon nutmeg
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • A touch of maple syrup (optional)

Topping

  • About 2 cups of coconut cream/manna
  • 3/4 cup cashews soaked overnight
  • 3 Passion Fruits/Lilikoi
  • 1/3 Cup of B Grade maple syrup
  • Pinch of sea salt if wanted

For Garnish

  • Fresh Mint Leaves
