1 Onion


2 Tablespoons of Olive oil/Coconut oil

Sea salt


1) Peal and cut the Pumkin into slices

2) Peal and cut the onion

3) Put them in a pan

4) Add the olive oil & a pinch of sea salt

5) Put in the oven for 30 minutes

6) Add honey in the end if this is raw honey so that it’s not cooked

7) You can also roast the pumkin seeds with olive oil and turmeric that’s delicious
