3 Apples, 3 pears

A hand full of walnuts

1 teaspoon of Cinnamon

1 lemon

Raw honey

For the pie crust

1½ cup of Flour

2 Tablespoons of Coconut sugar

½ cup of oil

2 Tablespoons of orange juice or plant based milk

½ teaspoon of sea salt


1) For the pie crust - place all of the dry ingredients in a large bowl

2) Add Orange Juice and oil, stir with a fork

3) Pat into 9-inch pan with fingertips

4) Bake at 425° for 10 -12 minutes

5) Peal and cut the pears & apples into slices. Put them on the top of the pie crust

6) Squeeze the lemon, add cinnamon and honey and spread the mixture on the top of the fruits

7) Spread the walnuts on the top of the pie

8) Put in the oven for 20 minutes.
