Spring mix salad

Garbanzos

Raw Walnuts

Raw Pumpkin Seeds

Raw Hemp Seeds

Lemon

Cayenne Pepper Powder

Sea Salt

Olive Oil (optional)

Prep

Rinse Non-GMO Organic Garbanzos from a can or simply pre-cook the garbanzos before and let cool before serving.

Steps

1) Depending on the serving size for the salad, add as many handfuls of salad into a large enough bowl.  I added, 4 large handfuls of spring mix salad the includes red/green lettuce, spinach, and Swiss chard.

2) Next, add 2 tbsp. hemp seed to a smaller bowl to make the dressing.  Add in ½ tsp. sea salt, ¼ - 1/8tsp. cayenne pepper (depending on tolerance), and ½ tsp. olive oil for a savory taste (optional).  Pour dressing over salad, and mix well together.

3) Finally, add in 1 ½ - 2 cup garbanzos, 1 cup raw walnuts (crushed by hand), ¼ cup raw pumpkin seeds.  

Servings

1 or more depending on quantities/servings being made
