Directions

Start by adding 2 large handfuls of spinach into a blender (high-speed blenders work best to get all the ingredients well blended). Next, add 1 tsp. spirulina, ½ tsp. cinnamon, 2 tsp. chia seed, and 2-3 tbsp. raw honey. After, add 2 heaping cups of frozen mango and 1 heaping cup of frozen pineapple.

Blend, pour, and injoy!
