GF oat flour
3 ripe bananas
Cacao or carob powder
Vanilla bean or pure extract
Sweet cacao nibs or vegan chocolate chips
Add 2 tbsp. grinded flax seeds or meal and 3½ tbsp. filtered water to a small bowl and let sit for 8-10 min.
Preheat oven to 350F˚
2 bowls and oven tray for brownies (either oven glass, ceramic, or mold)
Strain 3 cups of oat flour into a large mixing bowl, ¼-½ cup cacao depending on preference, along with ½ tsp. baking powder, and dashes of cinnamon.
Next, smash the 3 bananas in a separate medium bowl until little to no lumps are left. Add ¼ cup maple syrup and ¼ cup raw honey + 2 tbsp. (if you don’t eat honey add ½ cup maple syrup + 2 tbsp. or w/ sweetener of choice), ¼ tsp. and vanilla and a few extra drops, add the flax gel mix, ½ cashew beverage, and mix all together until finely combined.
Add the wet ingredients into dry ingredients, mixing thoroughly combining the ingredients evenly through. Add 2 handfuls of cacao nibs or chocolate chips I added both. Place mix on a baking tray, spread out evenly across or squished on the sides a little if you want bigger brownies!
Place in preheated oven at 350F˚ for 25 min. checking with a long tooth pick or knife making sure the brownies are done baking, and you will know if the knife pops up with little to no mixture (these brownies are extra gooey and delicious).
