3 ripe organic bananas

2 big handfuls of organic spinach

7 frozen organic strawberries

6 frozen organic peach slices

½ cup of frozen organic blueberries

1 tbsp. acai powder

½ tbsp. spirulina

2 tbsp. coconut sugar or raw honey

Non-dairy milk

Bananas are extremely beneficial and good for you and your health for many
