High-speed blender like a Vitamix
Start by placing 1 handful of spinach at the bottom of the blender. Next, add 5 frozen bananas chunks
into the blender along with 4 frozen strawberries, 4 frozen peach slices, 1 ½ tbsp. caao/maca powder,
2 tbsp. coconut nectar, ½ vanilla bean or 1 tsp. vanilla extra, cinnamon to preference, and ½ cup of
water to help blend everything together. Blend in pluses then on high for 20-30 seconds. Serve in a
big mason jar or bowl and top with your favorite toppings or fruit.
