INGREDIENTS

Organic spinach

Organic ripe bananas

Organic frozen peach sliced

Organic frozen strawberries

Organic frozen blueberries

Raw turbinado cane sugar

Raw Florida honey

Chlorophyll

 

DIRECTIONS

Start by adding the softest ingredients towards the bottom of the blades (faster easier blending). Add 1

handful of spinach, 2 ½ bananas, 6 peach slices, 4 strawberries, ½ cup blueberries, 1 tsp. Cane sugar, 1 tbsp. 

Raw honey, and 6 drops of chlorophyll! Next blend on high for 20-30 seconds and voila. Serve in a big mason 

jar or serve in two smaller glasses and in-joy!

boosting mood (tryptophan amino acid helps preserve memory and boost mood.
