1 pack of organic frozen pitaya (dragon fruit)
4 frozen organic peach slices
4 frozen organic strawberries
1 ripe organic banana
1 tbsp. acai powder
2 tbsp. coconut nectar
1 tbsp. coconut sugar
Non-dairy milk or water
Add the softest fruit to the bottom of your blender to not cause stress to the
blades. Add about ½ cup of any non-dairy milk or water to help blend smoother
along with the acai powder, coconut nectar, sugar, and start blending. Make sure
to use a high-speed blender to achieve the best texture. Next, plate and add
whatever fresh fruit, toppings, or nuts you have or want. In-joy!
