Cook organic brown jasmine rice before assembling the salad letting the rice cool off to not allow the heat from the rice and the fresh salad to mix.


Add however much lettuce and spinach you desire, I personally filled my plate to the top. Wash and dry before.

Next, peel and cut the mango into medium chunks adding them to the salad.

After, sprinkle 1 tsp. or moor of hemp seeds and squeeze however much lemon is your preference.  Toss all ingredients together mixing well.

Grab a small glass bowl and fill with rice to obtain a ball of rice in the middle of the dish. In-joy this sweet and tangy rice salad that is perfect for lunch or as a pre-meal.

Spinach can also prevent cancer!  Dark green leafy vegetables contain chlorophyll, which have shown to effectively block carcinogen effects which are generated when cooking foods at high temperature (e.g meat, chicken, or any animal flesh).  No one should be eating meat "animal flesh" if they want to prevent cancer, heart attacks or strokes, diabetes, or any other major dis-ease.  Spinach is also good for asthma prevention, lowering blood pressure, and diabetes.  Make sure to be eating 1 or moor cups of dark green vegetables Daily!

Mangoes are delicious and are known for being sweet and sour in many areas of Islands.  Mangoes have been named the most consumed fruit in the world according to studies.  There are over 1,000 varieties of mangoes all throughout Asia, Mexico, and Tropic Islans.  Charts show that, 1 cup of mango contains 76% vitamin C, 25% vitamin A, 1% vitamin B6 plus other B vitamins, 9% probiotic fibre, 9% copper, 7% potassium, and 4% magnesium that applies in the daily value.  Mangoes are known to fight cancer because they're rich in antioxidants like quercetin, isoquercitrin, astragalin, fisetin, gallic acid and methylgallat that help protect the body to prevent colon, breast, leukemia, and prostate cancer.  These are incredible things to know that fruit and plant-based foods can cure and prevent dis-ease from happening.  Mangoes are also known to alkalize the body because they're rich mango and tartaric acid, malic acid and citric acid that help maintain the alkali reserve of and in the body.  Other health benefits of mangoes are eye care (rich in vitamin A), aids in digestion (enzymes that help breakdown protein), help prevent heat stroke, aid in concentration and memory (rich in glutamine acid), and regulates diabetes.  Let the food be the medicine.  Eat a mango a day!
