High-speed blender or food processor 



Start by adding 2 heaping cups of organic frozen banana chunks to the 

blender, along with 6 fresh mint leaves, 1 tbsp. cacao powder, cinnamon to 

preference, and a splash of non-dairy milk to help smoothly blend together. 

Serve in a bowl and top with whatever toppings or fresh fruit you have at

preserving memory, and boosting mood (tryptophan amino acid helps 

preserve memory and boost mood.
