WE'RE BACK!!!!

Et's been over 6 months since we last posted a workout?! SMH

MY HOW TIME FLIES!

This new workout is like cardio con todo.

We're mixing two of my favorite workouts of all time together again.

JUMP ROPE AND PUSH UPS!

We're doing a minute (60 seconds) for each move back to back.  That's 60 continuous seconds of jumping rope, then 60 seconds straight of push ups (variation of your choice).

Meaning...

DON'T REST UNTIL THESE 2 MINUTES ARE UP!

Rest for 2 minutes tops after each round (2 minute drill).  Try resting for only 1 minute in between rounds, if you're body is in good enough shape.

Hey you! Instead of crying about your problems like a little bitch, shut the fuck and get this sweat equity into your portfolio!

A couple things to keep in mind:

1) You're going to do at least 3 rounds of this.

2) You're going to sweat a lot.

3) You're going to push yourself past what your mind THOUGHT et could do.

4) This is definitely another type of parasite cleanse.

5) Do this outside for the fresh air if you can, the gym sucks.
