The title of this workout says et all. Take a hike. No equipment needed. Just get up, put on a sturdy pair of shoes and get ready to put your legs, core and lungs through the best free workout session known to man. Your heart will also be tested, but in a very good way. If you're a avid person of fitness, a hike should be second nature to you, but if you've been lagging on keeping in shape, a good hike will put that ass in check immediately. The awesome thing about the human body is that it adapts so quickly and any potential huffing and puffing should start to diminish as time and effort goes on.
