Over the past week, I've been having an intimate affair with my dip station. I was aiming for 1,000 reps, but seems like 500 was my max :( (I'm coming 1,000 real soon tho!)
I've been reminded
that dips are such an AMAZING multi-muscle movement and should be incorporated in every single upper body routine around the world!
My shoulders had never felt so full, my chest had never felt so strong, my triceps felt explosive, even my traps, back and core even got some serious action.
Honestly, do as many reps as you can/want to. This is just a basic breakdown. If you can do 50 reps each round, that's GOLD!
People may wonder why I like to do so many reps and I'm like...
WHY THE F*CK NOT?!
I love pushing my mind past preconceived notions and limitations about what the body can do and shouldn't do. I actually get stronger after each round, go figure that out.
you need to have and attain with doing so many reps is unparalleled. You literally have to seriously want to get stronger and push yourself to have the patience to uplift yourself over and over and over. Not only is your body getting in shape, YOUR MIND is getting ripped with clarity! You can't hate on that, but if you do you're probably a weenie and nobody likes you.
GET TO DIPPIN'!
LIFE IS MOVEMENT.
CLEAR BODY. CLEAR MIND. CLEAR SOUL.
