25 push ups a pop!

Push ups are such a basic, yet essential movement.  If done correctly, they can help to strengthen and fortify your entire body.

This is obviously a simple workout, but the key is to do these with perfect form.  In my younger days I was guilty of doing "half push ups" aka not completing a full range of motion.  Doing half reps when you're capable of doing a full movement is only cheating yourself out all the mental focus you have the opportunity to gain.

25 push ups a pop!

If you know me, you'll know I'm up to get in a couple sets of push ups or pull ups wherever I am.  The beauty of these is that you can hit a round at work, at home, at the park, at a party, at the beach, on a street corner, at a wedding or in front of a crack house (you get the point) or wherever you may be.  25 reps adds up quickly.  It's more than possible to reach a couple hundred reps or even thousands by day's end.

Remember, we're not training the body for looks.  That's beyond corny.  My favorite way to strengthen my mind's focus is to strengthen my body.  When life appears to be too hard, evil entities whisper in your ear to quit.  We're getting those whispers the fuck up outta here once and for all.  Without focus, the only thing attainable is doubt.  A good looking physique is simply a byproduct of a mind's focus.  Don't get caught outside of yourself.  In these last days, supreme focus will be a life saver.
