If you know me, you know I love push ups and pull ups. I'd eat them for breakfast, lunch and dinner everyday, literally.
This push up routine/rooting (get it? lol) is just a simple variation of a previous workout we posted. Link below.
25 push ups of your choice for each round. This workout differs because we're actually putting a definite amount of push ups to accomplish.
We get the title 2025 from doing 20 rounds of 25 push ups. This is a real smooth and effective way to gain strength and get a pretty good pump of blood into the muscles we'll be working on. A la the chest, shoulders, triceps, core and back (we'll explain that in another post). Don't forget to maintain the proper form throughout and challenge yourself to do these a little slower to maximize the burn or you can speed these up and get that heart rate up even more.
20 ROUNDS OF 25 REPS
You can do these all in a row and spread them throughout your day. If you go that route, I'd suggest not resting more than 30 seconds between each round. In my opinion, this is an excellent to maintain and sharpen focus during anyone's busy life.
This would also be a perfect routine to do once you get your Christ Is A Body Builder tee in the mailbox. (See what I did there? lol)
A man that doesn't do push ups, is a man that will get pushed over in crunch time and cry like a punk when times get tough.
Don't be that crushed soda can on the side of the road type of guy.
LIFE IS MOVEMENT.
CLEAR BODY. CLEAR MIND. CLEAR SOUL.
