PULL UP!  PULL UP! PULL UP!

This routine (rooting) is dedicated to everybody that has an in-door pull up bar.  These little $20 something pieces of fabrication WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE FOR THE BEST.

I call this workout 1991 because we're doing 7 rounds of 13 reps back to back.  That's a total of 14 rounds for 182 reps or 1991 is you break the numbers down.  You're getting strength and will gains all around with this one.  From your grip strength, biceps, lats, back, core and even legs if you're still enough.

Round 1

Behind The Neck - 13 Reps

Wide Grip - 13 Reps

Palms Facing Wide Grip - 13 Reps

Palms Facing Close Grip - 13 Reps

Standard Width Grip - 13 Reps

Chin Ups (Palms Facing Inward) - 13 Reps

Close Grip (Hands 3" Apart) - 13 Reps

Round 2

Behind The Neck - 13 Reps

Wide Grip - 13 Reps

Palms Facing Wide Grip - 13 Reps

Palms Facing Close Grip - 13 Reps

Standard Width Grip - 13 Reps

Chin Ups (Palms Facing Inward) - 13 Reps

Close Grip (Hands 3" Apart) - 13 Reps

You will definitely need a pull bar that has each grip.  If you don't, you can always modify to best fit your needs.  If for some weird reason you don't have a pull up bar, find a local park or tree and put in that work.  You may be only able to do regular pull ups and chin ups, but that's better than sitting at home being a weak ass b****.  I grew up in an apartment complex and I used to do pull ups on the cement stairs leading up the the second level.  Where there's a will, there's a way.  The right way indeed.

Too many grown men out here complaining about stupid ass bullshit and looking for sympathy instead of shutting the fuck up and pulling themselves up so they can uplift others.  Men are supposed to be might and strong.  Those are two attributes of being a king that most forget about.  A grown man without some type of muscles is just a woman waiting to be re-birthed.

This is an AWESOME routine for building mental focus, will power and discipline.  The time is long overdue to burn out weakness forever out here.

Pull up, man up.
