BUILD BUILD BUILD!!!

I'll be honest, even I get bored/tired of doing regular push ups and that leads me to not do them as often as I should.

I NEED A CHALLENGE!!  I NEED LIFE!!

I came across this type of push up on YouTube some years ago and remembered to re-incorporate them into my routine.

25 of these is like 75 normal boring push ups.

Pause 5 seconds in push up position, chest an inch from the ground

1 Push Up

Pause 5 seconds in push up position, chest an inch from the ground

2 Push Ups

Pause 5 seconds in push up position, chest an inch from the ground

3 Push Ups

Pause 5 seconds in push up position, chest an inch from the ground

4 Push Ups

Pause 5 seconds in push up position, chest an inch from the ground

5 Push Ups

Pause 5 seconds in push up position, chest an inch from the ground

I'm sure you get the point/method by now.  You can go up to whatever number you can (from 5 to 500) and come back down to 1, or you can keep increasing your reps until you reach your maximum number.

Not only are these push ups a faster and more efficient way of doing push ups, they also get you bigger and stronger faster as well.  After one set, your chest and triceps should be on LEVEL 1300.

The world is wild out here now, with all types things trying to divert and drain your energy; you're better off avoiding the pitfalls of sucker behavior and get some push ups for clarity in while you can for real.
