1,000 walking lunges
Do this outside.
On an open field of grass.
Do 1,000 reps total.
Doesn't matter how long it takes you. Could be an hour. Could be all day.
This will target your legs (quadriceps, hamstrings, butt, hip flexors) at first, but after a while your core will be forced into action to keep your balance once your legs start to fatigue (they will fatigue).
This really isn't even about building your legs up (though, they will gain strength and mass), this is more about your will. Will you tap out or rise up? There's no "win" in "quit".
