JUMP ROPE!  JUMP ROPE!  JUMP ROPE!

For 13 Minutes straight!  No breaks!  No slowing down!  Just pure jumpage of rope for 13 minutes on the dot!

I wouldn't recommend doing this on a hard surface like cement because that will do damage to your knees/joints/ligaments.  there is no shock absorption within cement, thus all the absorption goes to you! (Insert fake happy face)

I DO recommend doing this on a surface such as grass because there IS a natural built in shock absorption called dirt or mud OR you can do this on one of those soft tracks at your local high school or college.

Jumping rope is one of my favorite movements because it hits the entire body; legs, arms, shoulders, core, calves, feet, mind, you name it.  This will REALLY test your mental fortitude because most people jump rope for a 1-4 minutes and call that a day.  Clearing and mastering the mind is really the ultimate goal.

Set the timer on your phone for 13 minutes, set it down far away but close enough to where you can hear the little beep when the timer goes off.  In the mean time, tell your mind to "shut the fuck up and obey ME!" while you're putting in that work.  If 13 minutes is not long enough for you, you're my type of person!  Keep going until you physically can't anymore!  Remember...
